Is 500w enough for this build???

This is my first build and as much as possible I want to do everything right. I already bought the case (Antec 900) the mobo and the ram. I've put my setup into a PSU calculator and got a number around 440w. I'm thinking this PSU from Enermax will do nicely, but I'm not sure here are my specs:

Core 2 Duo E6600
ASUS P5B
1x 8800 GTS 640MB
2MB Corsair RAM(SLI is for suckers)
CD Drive
250GB WD hard drive

I kinda want a little bit of overhead as well because in the future i might get a X-Fi Fatal1ty Sound Card (I have an audigy setup and i kinda dig the front panel thing). And maybe a PhysX card or something...you thought i was serious? I want enough power so i can fill up all my expansion slots if needed. anywho, will that be enough to run everything or will i have to get a bigger one? if so which would you suggest? Thanks
