Enermax galaxy whats this wire?

I have a enermax galaxy 1000w psu and a 680i mb. Can anyone tell me what the small black and white wire with the red 3 pin connector is and where it goes. Was cleaning my case and I guess I unplugged it from some where. Since the psu fan isn't showing up on nvidia monitor any more I guess it's that.
