I found the a website that offers a small free software that disable Vista security popups. The software is free of bugs. It really works. I hate the annoying vista popup that cause window to flash & darken for few seconds before dialog box appear.

I hope was free, it's just a group policy setting. I posted it here a couple of weeks ago.
