Speeding up the 'rightclick-menu'.

Right now it takes me around 2secs before a files rightclick-menu is opened.
this is really annoying as I read mangas, and thus use the right click to open up rarfiles for reading in Cdisplay (open with>Cdisplay).

I am getting a new comp soon. but it should always be better to know how to (if possible) speed this thing up, maybe make it stick in ram longer or something like that.

I have a few extra menus showing:
Extract files... (WinRar)
Extract here... (WinRar)
Scan With AVG (AVG)
and then all the default ones.

also if possible could you guys teach me a way to delete stuff from there
I dont really want stuff like the 'send' submenu there :/

Running on a stock P4 (2.6ghz) with 1gb random ram with real bad timings... and other bad stuff with 2xIDE hd's (40gb+320gb).

My own guess would be that this is hidden somewhere in the registry but I am not familiar with that, so I am kinda stuck.

open your winar>options>settings>integration>here toward the bottom right of this widow you will see shell integration options, uncheck what you don't want and those will be removed ; )
