I'm almost sure you do..so follow these simple steps

-Take 5$ and get yourself a shiny new floppy drive
-Install the drive in your computer
-Install whatever RAID array you want
-Finish thw XP install
-Chuck the drive in a dark closet until you need it for reinstalling your RAID array along the next XP install
-Live a happy life.

Cheers

Mind your language First.

And which era are you from? Even in Year 4 , I never heard anyone calling a Floppy Drive > Stiffy drive !

Depends if your motherboard allows your mass storage controller to emulate the floppy drive on boot like mine can. What motherboard do you have?

If not, yes you will need a floppy drive. You can buy one for less than ten dollars.
