is my computer dying?

I just built a new computer in the last month and I have been getting this clicking noise pretty consistently when I am just getting into windows and some other times too.

It is the type of noise you hear when your computer turns off completely, or at least what I use to hear I dunno if it happens with everyones computer or why it happens.

I'm just curious why its doing that and if its something that could cause me problems in the future. I haven't had any problems with my new system so far.

If its been going on from the start, it's probably just routine hard-drive noise. I'd only worry if it changed suddenly. I'd just back-up my data and not worry about it. There are HD silencers which might muffle the noise if it bothers you.
