Does microsoft have powerpoint for the pocket pc? Are there any free
software that can create and view a powerpoint?

In Windows Mobile 2005 there will be a PowerPoint viewer/editor.

For previous versions, check out Conduit's Pocket Slides. It works
exceptionally well in my opinion. Go to my site for a review as well.

The PowerPoint in Windows Mobile 2005 will only be a viewer, not an editor.
