My friend is running windows XP on his computer and earlier today he turned it on and it popped up with the windows shut down unexpectedly error and when ever he tries any of the options it gives him it starts to load normally and then it goes right back to the error screen.

its the standard computer shut down expectantly error im not sure the number/code of it though. i w8ill try to find that out.
