I have athlon x2 3800+ am2 65W and want to overclock it as much as i can, so i need a new cooler. i dont want to spend loads of money though. the problem i have is that i cant increase the voltages( nor in bios nor in ntune)
so how far could i go considering i have the energy efficient model which runs at about 1.25v?
can better cooling compensate for not increasing voltage?
i dont have a much of a choice in coolers where i live, so would this be a good choice?

http://www.titan-cd.com/eng/cpu/siberia.htm

would it match artic coolong freezer pro 64 as i have heard good results with that one?

unless your going to run it at 1.4-1.45v why bother wih a better cooler at 1.3v it will run fine with cpu cooler in the box.

venessa s is great cooler for you so is thermalright ultra-90 or xp-90 - all around $30

don't waste your money on one of those over rated and over priced zalmans
