Hi there,

By default, the user folder (my documents, music, etc.) is on Drive C:

In XP, I just right click on My Documents icon on the Desktop, then Properties, then change the target from C: to E:\My Documents

Partition E: is where I want everything store.

In Vista, I partitioned my hard drive to four partitions. I want to keep the Windows files in C: but want all my junks (My Documents, music, pics, etc) in partition E:

How do I do that in Vista Ultimate? Please help. Sorry for the rookie question.

Thanks in advance.

Little has changed. On your documents folder properties, click the Location Tab to move it to your new target.
