My brother pulled his USB flash drive out of hims computer while it was booting up, and now all we can get on his PC is the error message in the title. I've tried everything, but his PC refuses to boot. We've tried replacing the disc in every USB slot, but nothing works.

This website had some answers, but when I tried to use it, I got an error in the command line about the drive being locked, and I couldn't unlock it.

I really need help.
