So I got the video from a WinTV card running without delay (from my Nintendo Wii), all I need is the audio which is coming in to the sound cards line in, to play on my speakers. In the audio control panel I can see sound signal coming in, but no way to have it play. Is there a way to do this without having to download a third party program?

If not, anyone know a simple program that can do the job?

Shouldn't you just put the audio into the WinTV card? I believe you will only get the sound from the WinTV card since you are using Media Center (I assume) which will grab audio from that card when it is running.
