I know its OT, get over it.

I currently use an MX3200 Logitech wireless kb and mouse as well as a Dell mousepad.

I hate all of em. I got the MX3200 in replacement for the great MX3100 that is dead now :(

For the mouse: I want it to be very comfortable (ergonomic, right handed). Accuracy and responsiveness are also nice but not a defining factor. A wired mouse would be OK, but wireless is better.
I was thinking of the Logitech G5, however its a little pricey at $45. I wish they still sold the MX1000 or I would buy another.

Any recommendations? Micosoft, Razer???

for the keyboard: Excellent quality, very comfortable. Backlit is a big plus. Wired is just fine.

I was thinking of the Saitek Eclipse I, but its kinda pricey as well.
Any other perhaps cheaper suggestions?

Mouspad (now this is tough.) my desk has very little room in the keyboard tray area. With my current kb, the room available is: 12" (inches) from front to back and 9" from left to right. I see that most mousepads are larger than this.

Any recommendations? I hate this mousepad. Cheaper is better.

The Logitech is a steal for 45 dollars these days. I remember paying 70 for my G5, and 60 for my G15. (Some sort of logitech giveaway CC was doing)

But if you really want cheap, I guess a Saitek II Eclipse is good, and this for a mouse:

Good luck. :D

If i do get a KB it will probably be the $45 Saitek Eclipse 1.
If I get a mouse it will be most likely the G5.

For mousepad though, here are the Newegg choices that are small enough:
A lot are out of stock though.

Does anyone have any of these mousepads? I dont need the most accurate or smoothest surface, just something that will last and replace my grimy and torn up dell one.

This one seems to be very durable and is also cheap. Problem is its out of stock. Ill set it to autonotify me though.
