ok so ive gooled my ass off to no avail. I thought id come here.

im looking for a reverse bootcamp, something to run and install mac programs in windows. Any ideas?

The closest you'll get is OSX86. The big issue is that it is not legal to run the Mac code on non-Apple hardware, so it is "for informational purposes only".
