Good article from back in the day... I hope Fedora7 has what I need to do this. I already have my hardware selected so I guees we will just have to wait and see...
It does and so does any other reasonable distro :-D I would suggest Fedora 7 + LVN http://rpm.livna.org/ yum mplayer + VLC + accompanying libraries and software install mythtv or whatever and you're good to go GL :-D
but that's how I like my Linux (and women) wild and a bit complicated...
Then you will love Mythtv! Seriously, if you or anyone can get it to work (especially with Hauppauge cards), let me know. I can tell you that there is a Fedora version built around MythTV. It is MythDora which uses Fedora 6.
