Where can you buy extended length Dipole Antenna Cable?

I would really like to get a PCI Wireless Network Adapter for my rig.

THE PROBLEM: most PCI Network Adaptor manufactures only give you a 3 foot dipole antenna cable. I need like a 10 foot cable so I can fish the cable through the back of my computer desk and place it on the top shelf so it will receive optimal signal.

Does anyone know where you can buy an extended cable or if you could splice it to get extra length? Or if you could connect multiple cables together without losing signal strength?

This does not seem techinically like it would be a hard thing to do if I knew what grade or type of cable to get.

The forum's help would be greatly appreciated.
