That can be a bad sign, I had that issue with my first RD600 and I had to RMA it.

What is the motherboard that you are currently using?

Have you tried to reset to the default bios or reset the cmos yet?

If the battery has been jarred loose is will cause a Cmos checksum error, try taking it out and putting it back in again to see if that fixes your problem. A bad PSU most likely wouldn't cause that sort of issue.
