Hi,

i have 2 onboard giga lan
currently connection is on marvell giga and i have disable intel giga


after 3-8 hours working it will loses connection


then i goto network connections
disable it then enable back it works again
then after 3-8 hours it stop again

any idea whats going wrong

windows xp home sp2

I'd run some spyware tests just to be safe.

If you have a router you may want to update the firmware on it. Also, if the router is getting warm or in a warm area, that may also cause your computer to drop.

Try power cycling your router (unplug, wait, plug in) and see if that helps.

Check to make sure your cables are good. Could be bumping the cable and that is causing you to disconnect? Just a thought.

i run spyware.online virus scan from symantec ,trendmicro nothing found.

how do i update firmware ??

just go to manufacturer site and look for your model in supports & downloads and look for firmware..

dont know the site.. just yahoo the name
