Gigabyte DS3 startup screen

hi, I am currently using a DS3 with F10 bios motherboard, equipped with core 2 duo E6420 processor. I just noticed recently that during my startup it displayed <CPU ID: 06F6 Patch ID : 0044>... which I don't think I had noticed it since I bought this pc home.. just wondering is this a normal display as I seldom notice the startup quite oftenly.
