How do I start a free online forum?

I'd like to start an online forum for organizing local basketball in my county (okay, on my island).

I can't find reliable information locally, but all the people I play with wish there was some. I'm hoping that I can just get a couple people from each court people play at to start posting hours and availability. It changes every couple months, so that's why a forum would be really helpful.

Does anyone have any recommendations for websites that do free forum hosting?

Yeah, I'm feeling lazy. So any other forum suggestions than yuku.com? If not, I guess I'll go with that one.
