Win 7 64bit Ram Filling Up Problem

Hi there. I've recently installed a Win 7 Professional 64bit and I seem to have a problem. When I install a game, the RAM fills up the whole 4GB and it doesn't refresh or empty during the install or after. What could be the problem. Thank you

There is no problem with it's how is work. There is one other post here talking about the same "effect" in the memory. The general agreement on that :there no problem with that, when you work with your software the memory will be free.

Yeah but it didn't have the same issue when I was running the RC or beta or Vista. I really don't think it should be like that. Also, because of that, it's really slow and barely does anything.
