I have a custom built system running
OCZ OCZ2FX800C42GK 2GB KIT (1GB x 2)4-4-4-15 W/FLEX XLC
E6700 OC to 3.0 ghz
MSI 8800 GTX
250 gb sata
OCZ Sli cert. 700 PSU

After playing Flight simulator for 4-5 hours, System says it is out of virtual memory and needs to close, I have increased the virtual memory sizes to 10,000 min and 30,000 max and still encounters the same issue, Sound starts getting choppy after a few hours as well.
I am running 2 LCD monitors (one 34" and one 26" )
What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Sounds like the program has a memory leak and needs to be patched. Wouldn't hurt to update Windows completely and update your drivers as well.
