I have been reading this article:

and am currently editing the hex files. The 2nd two mentioned on page 2 of the article (dmconfig and dmadmin) I have edited fine, but when opening the first the text found is *not* the text that the guide claims will be there. If i search for the hex string, I can find the appropriate text elsewhere in the file.

Should I perform the suggested changes on the text, even though it is not where the article suggests it should be? (IE the article says to look on line 0000f1f0h, but I find it at line 00011070h).
