If i bought RAM for 70 and the price went down 20 bucks..

so the i bought the ram for 70 and now its liek 50 but i think mine might be defective.. if i wanted a refund i would get back 70 or so correcT?>

Dont think your the only slick one out there, companies are not all that stupid. And when the price difference is that big, most likely they will give you a replacement.

The manufacturer's warranty only allows for replacement of defective modules.
Your vendor (the company you actually paid your money to) has their own policy on refunds & replacements which you agreed to when you purchased your RAM there. Typically, any refunds on items with volatile prices (such as CPUs and RAM) are limited to a fairly short time after purchase. Check with your vendor for details.

If the price has dropped that much,then go buy more ram.Don't take it back for a refund,just buy more.That way you have spare memory or more memory to install in your system.
