Hi, this is a revisit to something I posted a month ago but hopefully
someone has come accross it.

Here goes-- I bought Sunrocket which is VOIP pohne company, they have a
feature that emails your vmails to you in WMV format. When I download those
messages from tmobile via a cell internet connection, I get the message "the
message is ina format that cannot be displayed" Sooooo here is the weird
thing, if I go to my desktop and forward the email right back to myself and
then download emails via the tmobile internet connection, it comes through
as a .wmv just fine and I can play it no problem.

What to do??? Sunrocket techs are uselesss

Does that mean you purchased the company or subscribed to their service.

>> .wmv <<

that seems a strange format for voicemail...

A starting point would be to assure that the attachment is downloaded,
find it using a third party explorer and confirm the filename extension.

If it is .wmv tap it in the file explorer and see if it plays.

report back and we will continue.

I've actually found SunRocket's customer service to be very helpful.
Have you tried e-mailing someone at SunRocket or just calling. I've
had good experiences sending them e-mails and getting prompt responses.
