8x400 or 356x9 for e6600?

Should I go for an 8x400 or 356x9 overclock E6600?

--E6600 currently at 3Ghz
--Asus P5B Deluxe
--Crucial Ballistix DDR2-800

8x400 if you want to run at 1:1 ratio thus not wasting the potential perf of ram you've already purchased

you have to set it to run at a 1:1 ratio. i would personally go for 400x8.

does the same apply for the e4300?? i got a my 800ram runnin @ 667 cos of my cpu overclock 333x9 , should i change the multiplier?? so my memories run 1:1??
