so there are program out there that are all dedicated tyo letting you use windows on mac. Is there a way i can run mac inside windows using a window or application?

or will i have to dual boot?

VMware Fusion

vmware it self runs on windows then you can load any other OS into it, however it does not support mac.

fusion model does mac but I have never used fusion myself so I'm not sure which way it goes.

You can give OSX86 a try if all else fails. However, I would go with the VMWare Fusion option if you can.
