USB Controller Removed in error.

Whilst attempting to remove USB Drivers in Windows 98 SE, I hit the "Remove" button , and now it appears I have also lost trace of the USB (Controllers ) entry in Device Manager.

ie: the USB area in Device Manager is now devoid of Drivers , (and "Controllers" = Driver for the Controller itself ?)

My intention upon removing USB Drivers, was to clear the way to install Windows 98SE USB Mass Storage Device Driver, ....NUSB33e.exe.


Will the loss of the USB Controllers affect my next attempt to install NUSB33e .exe ,?.............or, will I have to recover USB Controllers, before I proceed ?
