Hi Everyone,

It's been a long time (about 6 years) since I've been here but I've run into a problem that only Tom's Forums can help me with (I hope).

After installing SP2 on my brother's computer the USB no longer works.

It is an Intel P4 2.26 GHZ on a Soyo SY-P4VTP motherboard with 512 DDR 3200.

I hooked up a USB keyboard and enabled it in the BIOS and it works ok until Windows boots.

Any ideas?
