well once your ran the patch what did you change the limit to?

I have changed limit to 50.
After that nothing really changed because I was getting errors again.
So I disabled to automatically synchronize internet time in Date and time properties ... after that I don't get errors in event viewer but the problem is repeating in random intervals and I just have had PC restart while I was playing online game? PC just restarted and there is nothing in event viewer? :?:

I'm surprised you got event ID4226 to begin with after a patch few month ago that ID would not appear any more.

50 is way to low, that is why, you connections are getting filled and not cleared as fast as your pc is reguesting so you are getting locked on the tcp half open connections.

change to something higher till it does not happen anymore then you have found your range.

just so you know, mine is set at 9999999, now I'm not recommending you do that, I'm just letting you know that go as far as you need to, I think 500 or 1000 might do it for you, I do lots of file sharing and they get filled up quick so I set it very high, plus I know what I'm doing, and last but not least, worst case scenario, I have a clone of HDD sitting next to me ready to go if my current HDD is rendered useless for what ever reason.

a bit off topic but I think cloning your drive makes you 100% full proof as far as getting your data back exactly as it all was.

in short raise it higher and if you already are not look into cloning your drive for ease of mind ;)

OK, here I am again.

I have used EvID4226Patch again and changed limit to 99 because of warning it gives about worms (I decided to raise limit later again if needed).

So far I have spent few hours on internet surfing and playing online games with no problems. I did not have any error after I raised limit to 99 so it seems that could be enough for my needs.

I will see how it goes after I find more time to spend online (for more intensive testing) but for now I can only thank you for advices!

Thanks allot!
