Windows Recycle Bin

I was silly enough to delete by mistake the Recycle Bin off of my Vista Ultimate desk top. How do I get it back?

You can't "delete" it, Windows will not let you. Go into your display settings and look for desktop icons. Re-enable the recycle bin on your desktop.
