System Speaker Beeps every 10mins .. right after 60s mark

This just started earlier today when I turned on my computer like every 10mins my system speaker would beep and its pretty even on when it happens - like it will occur on 12:05:00 then 12:15:00 etc... kind of wierd -.-

Not sure if it's just XP because I know I dont have any malaware/viruses I'm suspecting a dead CMOS battery so.. any other suggestions?
