MS have released a new version of WGA. When I goto the update site I get asked to install the new version.

the annoying thing is that until you install it Auto updates dont work. The PC starts downloading them then gives up lucky I noticed it! Is there a way of (legally) bypassing it so my customers auto updates work? (then I can just email them a batch/file etc etc rarther than telling them all to goto an abstract MS site)

Thanks

David

p.s notice that no entries came up for a simple search "wga" on the software forum, so guess MS told THG not too?!

Splendid
If your copy of XP is legal you dont have to worry about installing the new WGA. Only people using installs with blocked/illegal keys need to worry about the WGA.

Not saying yours is illegal, but if it is legal then why do you just not install it?
