hi guys i need help ,after i installed Vista i got some problems with the hard disk the HDD LED goes on and off " every sec it goes on then off like somthing were working - a game or somthing " even though I'm not working on my PC and no anti virus i know is scanning .

i really need your help guys if you got any program that shows me what's working on my HDD so i turn it off or maybe something i need to configure on vista to solve this issue

There's no issue... it's doing what it's supposed to be doing. When idle, Vista (as well as XP) will index the contents of your hard drive for faster searching.
