Windows 98 good for Recording and storing Audio?

Ive found an OLD windows 98 comp and was wondering if i could use it to store and record my church's sermons and music or if the P2 is just not up to it?

Shouldn't be a problem. I'm not sure if I would call it reliable but it would work. It's probably old so I would not trust the hard drive. I would make regular backups to a CD-RW. Question though: What hardware do you intend to use to record the sermons? Like, what sound equipment?

Windows media player should be ok, just up-grade it.
