If I purchase the 260$ Vista Home Basic Retail Version can I install it on both my laptop and desktop using the same CD, and same CD Key?

legally or physically. No you legal cant, However, I supposedly had a hd failure and needed to reinstall Vista and XP. I called microsoft and they gave me new keys. I only had to call after like five installs.
