hi guys
i guys
i just installed vista business 32bit on my hdd
now im facing certain problems

1) WIRELESS CONNECTION

okay
im using the D-Link airplus G dongle
and my router is D-Link G604T
anyways, i dont understand why its really hard to connect in vista where in xp, it was so easy
im using WPA-Personal
but here's the thing...everytime i wanna connect, it'll say windows cannot connect
the reasons are that the security network key is incorrect
i selected the tab to view the security setting and entered the correct password, under WPA-Personal (TKIP), and when it tried to reconnect, it still just cudnt
reason? - the password is changed into something shorter in default
WTF? its making me insane...if i wanna connect, i gotta change the usb conector to another available slot...no more problems and i opted not to save the network or connect automatically...
but my mum's vista premium never had any problems...
WHY?
any ideas to settle this? why the password is returned to the default short items?

2) HDD Noise
okay...i have 3 hdd's

2x seagate barracuda 7200 80gb
1x Seagate barracuda 250gb nl35.2

anyways, i installed the vista in one of the 80gb, and the magic is that, the hard disk becomes very very noisy...its not like noisy when ur GPU running or CPU fan loading
its like when its loading, it becomes really noisy like cricket...only when loading
idle is nothing

3)and at times the CPU meter is always hitting 100%
any ideas why?

4)and the i always get this message that my desktop window manager stopped working

before this, none of these problems hit
why now eh?

My specs

CPU - FX60
MOBO - A8R32-MVP
GC - RADEON x1950pro
PSU - FSP Epsilon 600w + FSP Booster X3

I hope English isn't your first language because this is really hard to read through.

I'd try to help but I'm not exactly sure of what you're attempting to explain.

Reset both WPA keys on your router and PC, or try something very simplistic. Confirm the settings. Make sure you can use WPA on both devices.

As far as the rest, I got a headache trying to understand it. :P

vista has issues when it is on the smaller hd.
