anyone know how to run ubuntu on windows xp sp2?

hey im trying to use virtual machine to make a ubuntu installation on my pc. this problem seems to be occuring and i dont know what to do with it
anyone know? heres a screenshot:

what virtual machine are you using?

try vmware I'm not sure that virutual pc supports linux
