No such thing. The shareware version of Quake is missing critical
information that is required in both the bonus packs and most custom maps.
In addition, the "download and order" packages are cryptographically secure
enough that it requires at least several years before it can be broken.

Also, you should consider getting the 1.06 patch, as it has been out for an
extra-long time. This patch fixed many gameplay issues with 1.01,
including bugs that can potentially cause the game to crash.

The 1.06 patch for Quake can be recovered at:
http://www.3dgamers.com/games/quake/

The later versions (1.07 and 1.08) are included with the expansion packs,
and are only useful for the expansions. These two patches do not contain
the critical content found in the 1.01->1.06 patch, meaning that you will
still have problems that existed in version 1.01.

The only way to prevent losing your copy of Quake is to use preventative
measures, such as backing up your entire Quake directory. As an
alternative, either label the shareware Quake CD more clearly (by placing a
white mark on the label side), or discard it once you recover the original.

I think you might be looking for qcrack.exe, probably could try
searching for qcrack.zip.
I have it on a CD somewhere, if I can find it I'll post it.
