Hi, I have a new Gigabyte 965P-DS3 r3.3, with 2x1GB G.Skill DDR2-800 5-5-5-15 RAM and an eVGA 8800GTS 320MB video card. At random times it seems, on cold-boot the machine will lock-up and go to a blank screen. Sometimes this happens as far as 10 minutes after booting. I can reset and everything seems to work, I don't see any log errors. It acts like some kind of graphics issue, but I'm not sure what. other times, I can boot and operate without issue. Once past the 10 min mark, I haven't had a single issue with the system. I thought maybe it was CPU spiking on start-up, as the Arctic Silver says it would take several cold/hot cycles before it established the best configuration.

My voltages also seem way off, I'm not sure if it might just be a PSU issue and not the CPU or graphics. Speedfan reports +12V @ 0.77V, and -12V @ -16.97V. Vcore1 is at 1.15v and Vcore2 @ 1.90v. the temps are all between 27C (temp2) and 42C (temp1), with Core0 @ 29C, Core1 @ 32C.

Any ideas or suggestions?
