Hope you read English, which is probably the language useful to most people here.
Direct Draw is a part of DirectX, so your game probably requires a version of DirectX that isn't yet on your Windows and the game didn't bring it. So the solution is to install it by yourself.
The latest DirectX that works on W95 (gold, a, b, c) is 8.0a and is the one to choose.
The French version is still available there!

I strongly suggest to keep your own copy at home, since W95 software disappears from Microsoft site.
You may also want to install Internet Explorer 5.50 sp2, which served as a service pack for W95 and is the latest for W95. Language-dependent and no more available at Microsoft, but look at old installation CD from Internet Access Providers or from applications.
