so.. hi all, i recently bought a new laptop for college, (hp pavilion dv 9000),
the problem is, it has vista preinstalled on it.
i recently bought a 2 gig sandisk cruzer flash drive, plugged it in, and tried out that "readyboost" that windows was boasting about, the first time i did it it did increase my performance somewhat. the problem happened when a window crashed with it plugged in, i did "safely remove hardware" and unplugged it, but now, since it put the cache file on the flash drive to use the readyboost, i have a full flashdrive, and it will not let me delete it...
edit: nvm. all i had to do is right click > properties > do not use this drive...
so.. yeah., thanks though.
