I have a Dell Dimension E521. 1gig of memory, X2 3800, Sata 250gig. Vista Home Premium. When I try to playback DVD Nero7 has no audio however WMP10 does. Can anyone tell me what the problem is here? I dont mind using WMP but I prefer to use Nero. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank You

nero is missing its dvd codecs while window has its.

is your vista 32 bit or 64bit?

It was working it just stoped a cpl days ago and I cant figure out nething thats changed. 32bit version of vista

if you want you can install klite codec pack and that should help you out.

its possible that if you have wmp set to auto update codecs that it installed its latest codecs and some of them deleted, corrupted or just replaced your nero ones.

its not a good idea to have 2 different packs so if you install klite codec pack first uninstall any other codecs you have.
