xp keep frezing what to do?

new pc tryed reinstalling few times but its same thing frez when i install few times
can hold from 2mint to 40 but it allways crash in the end not leaveing a masg or any thing in the logs
i dont know why but i keep thinking its same thing to do with the ram volt but there is nothing really pointing to it
any way if u have any ideas of staff i can try plez help me i being working on this for the past 48h with like 5h of sleep this killing me

mb:asus p5k
ram:xms2 ddr2 800 corsic
cpu:6600
v-card:asus gtx
hd:80g and 2x250g

Make sure Driver and BIOS are all current and upto date on the machine.

Make sure system is totally free of VIRUS/SPYWARE and has latest OS updates.


Run Memtest, if that passes and drivers are up to date try CHKDSK /R /F see if your HDD has bad sectors...

if still nothing try power supply...

If your PC is updated with latest drivers, OS and BIOS and it's freezing my first intuition would be RAM or Power Supply...
