2 user with win2k issue's

i have 2 users useing win2k with issue's that escape me. i've tried lot's of fix's but they remain unresolved.

1-i have a local printer hooked up to one user and she is unable to print--in her login. her network printers are fine. i hooked up ANOTHER local printer and had the same issue. BTW, i can print on both of these local printers when i login as Admin.


2-on another user, she cannot view .jpg's after an office2003 upgrade. i updated all windows,uninstalled office2003 and ran a office cleaner. i re-installed and still no jpg's. i see the icon there that wants to be associated with an application. i associated it with windows imaging and that works. problem is it should just come up useing windows period.

any suggestions on either of these? thx--B
