it's been about 2 months now of using windows vista. Now it crashes a lot and I dont know why can someone help?

More info maybe?

Error messages, what are you doing when it crashes, hardware setup, installed software, did you run spyware removers? Virus scans? Downlaoding illegal software/songs, etc?
