help installing NT Server 4

alright, im getting tired of installing win me on my mom computer every 4 days, some how she keeps crashing it!!!!
anyways im trying to install windows nt server 4 on a abit be6 ll.

i run set up from cd, install the highpoint udma66 drivers, do the primary install, but after the computer restarts, its updates the pool and just stops and does nothing. im runing out of ideas



mobo be6 ll
p3 1gig @ 100fsb
196megs
30 gig hard drive WD
and gerforce 5600 ultra 128meg I think can remember.

only thing i havent tried yet its puting the hd on the ata 33 controller, but i really dont want to do that,
