W2K Pro.

1) recommend "the" forum for questions like #2 below?

2) I need a Windows Explorer replacement that:

a) is stable.
b) does what Windows Explorer does.
c) has REAL tabs, where each tab has its OWN folder tree. (in every tabbed Explorer replacement I've seen the tabs or panes all share the same folder tree, which IMO borks the feature).
d) more nice stuff optional.
