I can RDP onto a 2000 server using my admin account, but how can i give normal "users" RDP access without adding admin rights?

2003 has its own Remote Desktop User group, but that doesnt exist in 2000. I cant find the "allow logon though terminal services" option eather.

Terminal Services in Win2K work in two mode:
- administrative mode (only 2 concurrent session and for local admins only);
- application mode (terminal user license is a must).
When TS work in application mode you may specify normal users for RDP
