How do you backup data?

Ok im after some sort of tool to make backup easy, that can strip NTFS security off files and folders (or ignore, i use windows to do it it still doesn't do it right) and mirror data to a network location (my server).

Backup my pc software - has and option to strip the ntfs permissions (in preferences you uncheck the option - restore ntfs security / permissions) & it will also backup to any device or network drive. I schedule a daily backup to my NAS network hard drive. just as fast/slow as windows backup. the data can be retored anywhere on network, hard drive, thumb drive etc.

The down side - you must install the software in order to restore the data (the file extension is QIC not bkf)
